About AMP Membership
AMP Membership is the professional membership network of the Association of Muslim Professionals. It is built on written rules, elected leadership, and clear governance.

To build a global network of Muslim professionals, connected across industries and chapters, who help each other grow in their careers, put resources toward real community work, and hold their leaders to account through open governance.
Being an AMP member is more than a yearly fee. It comes with rights, responsibilities, and a voice in how the organization is run.
How Membership Is Set Up
AMP Membership is the member network of the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP). It extends AMP's community into a dues-paying network with its own rules, membership plans, and elected governance, on top of AMP's mission.
Chapters work locally under these shared rules, so a member's rights and duties stay the same whether they joined through India, the GCC, the UK, the USA, or Southeast Asia.
How AMP Is Governed
Decisions flow from the rules downward, and chapters report back up to the National Council.
National Council
Elected national leaders who set direction, approve the yearly budget, and have the final say over chapters and committees.
Chapter Leadership
Chapter Heads and local councils run day-to-day work for their region — events, joining, and member engagement — and report up to the National Council.
General Membership
Every active member has a place under AMP's rules, with voting rights, the right to be nominated, and access set by membership plan.

How the Council Works
A National Council, elected from the members, sets policy and governs alongside chapter leaders. Terms, who can stand, and elections are set out in AMP's rules.
Voting Rights
Who can vote depends on membership plan and good standing. Every member in good standing has a set voice in council elections and changes to the rules.
Rules of Conduct
The same standard of professional and honest conduct applies to every member, chapter leader, and council member. This is the base for trust across the network.
If Rules Are Broken
Concerns about conduct go through a written, consistent review. This protects both members and AMP.

AMP Membership extends the Association of Muslim Professionals' mission — professional excellence and community work — into a lasting, member-led body. Every membership fee and donation goes back into that mission, under the governance described above.

Joining Fee by Quarter
Every membership ends on 31 March, so your joining fee goes down the later in the financial year you apply. You only pay for the months left.

One Financial Year, One Renewal Date
No matter when you join, every membership ends on 31 March, the end of AMP's financial year. Joining in January still costs only ₹500, and your membership renews the same March as someone who joined in April.
This keeps every member on the same governance and renewal cycle, with one shared end date for the whole network.
Renewing Your Membership
Renewal is a flat ₹2,000, with no reduction for a late join, and opens on its own 30 days before your membership ends.
Renewal stays closed while an application is still under review, and after a membership has already passed its end date.

A one-time, lifetime enrollment option is on AMP's plan and is not open for enrollment yet. Join as an Annual Member today. You will be told when Life Membership becomes available.
