On March 4, 2017, the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) held a successful Job Drive in Bengaluru, in collaboration with the Federation of Karnataka Muslim Associations (FKMA). The event took place at Hazrat Hameed Shah Complex and attracted 80 registered candidates, with 27 participating on the day. Sixteen candidates were shortlisted for job opportunities. The drive included an Employability Training Program led by Aasif, a Senior HR Professional from Accenture, who provided valuable insights on interview productivity and job-seeking attitudes. The event was supported by dedicated volunteers and FKMA representatives, who expressed commitment to future collaborations. FKMA's General Secretary noted this initiative as a stepping stone towards a larger Job Fair planned for the coming months. AMP appreciates the contributions of all involved and looks forward to ongoing support for future job drives.
In line with Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) core objective of supporting the community in Economic Empowerment, AMP in association with Federation of Karnataka Muslim Associations (FKMA) conducted a Job Drive at Hazrat Hameed Shah Complex, Corporation Circle, Bengaluru on 04th March, 2017. 80 candidates registered through online registration and recruiters have agreed to connect with those candidates who could not attend 04th March event.
The event was coupled with Employability Training Program by Mr. Aasif, Senior HR Professional from Accenture. He guided candidates on How to be Productive in Interview and the right attitude for Job Seeker. This ensured the definite takeaway for the candidates who attended the event.
The event was made successful because of consistent efforts of Mr. Imtiyaz Khan, Bangalore Chapter Coordinator and the Team of dedicated volunteers like Ms. Naznin, Mr. Imam, Mr. Nawaz, Mr.Sabir and Dr.Zahida working tirelessly for the cause.
FKMA's senior representatives attended the event and assured AMP a long-term support for all future Job Drives. FKMA's General Secretary, KC Naikwadi said, "This is the learning phase for both Organizations and is stepping stone towards the bigger Job Fair to be held in coming months". 4 corporates from Telecom, Services and BPO industries participated in the event. These corporates expressed their willingness for a long-term partnership with AMP to participate in future Job Drives in Bengaluru.
