Prerequisite of Membership (Please keep these docs ready before you start this form):

  1. Member needs to be an Indian National who has attained the age of 18 years.
  2. Any ID Proof (in word, pdf, jpeg or png format) required to upload (Less than 2 MB size).
  3. Membership Fee: An annual membership fee of ₹2,000 must be paid online along with the submission of this membership form.
    Life Membership: A one-time payment of ₹25,000 is required for Life Membership. Approval of Life Membership is subject to the decision of the AMP Governing Council.
Data Privacy Policy: Your personal data is protected with AMP. Please be assured that it will not be shared outside in any circumstances.
Password Requirements:
At least 8 characters
At least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
At least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
At least 1 number (0-9)
At least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*)

Indian Passport / PAN Card / Voter ID / Drivers License (any one). Please upload in any of the format like jpg, jpeg, png, doc or PDF. Max size 2 MB allowed.
