AMP President’s Annual New Year Message

As we step into 2025, I am filled with immense satisfaction and gratitude for the remarkable achievements we have collectively reached in 2024. Thanks to Allah's blessings, AMP had a successful year, with impactful and consistent work, reaching every corner of the country—from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.

The year began with a great start, with AMP’s 4th Convention in Jaipur where we laid a strong foundation for team and organisation building. Through dedication, we formed teams across 20 States, and projects like National Talent Search (NTS), Employment Assistance Cell (EAC), and IndiaZakat were monumental successes.

Looking ahead to 2025, our focus will be on deepening our connection with the rural community and extending all our projects — NTS, Career Guidance Seminars, Teacher Training Programs, Job Fairs — nationwide. We aim to hold two Job Fairs in each of the top 20 states. The IndiaZakat platform will continue to serve as a powerful tool for change, and our efforts to transform Masajids into Community centres for Education and Career Guidance will begin in earnest.

This year, we also resolve to practice proactive leadership, where the Chapter Executive Teams (CET) will lead the activities and execute projects as per the National plan. Chapters should not wait for the Central Team to give instructions, instead they should demand support from project and office teams for their efforts.

This year the focus will also be on AMP Membership building and we will work towards 100% growth in membership from each state Insha Allah! We should engage deeply with our members, and ensure every AMP team member has the tools to contribute to our common mission.

The road ahead requires more dedication, more supporters, and more employees for the work we need to accomplish. With your unwavering commitment, AMP will continue to scale new heights. Let's make 2025 a year of unprecedented impact, unity, and change for the betterment of our Society and the Nation.
