More than 100 unveiling events organized across India by the hands of Influential personalities of the community.
The Association of Muslims Professionals (AMP) will be hosting their second annual National Talent Search Competition on a specially designed mobile app which is called - chAMPian. This National Talent Search is organized with the intention of increasing and rewarding the Students’ General Awareness and Competitive Spirit and identifying the best and brightest students to support and nurture.
This year they are gearing for record-breaking participation of 5 lac students from 20,000+ Schools and 5,000+ Colleges from across India. This will be one of the Biggest Online Events in the country.
Mr. Nawab Malik, Minister of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and Minority Development, Govt. of Maharashtra, highlighted that this initiative by AMP will act as a medium of exchange of knowledge and collaboration in the fields of Education technology for development of our next generation. The Minister hoped that citizens from all walks of life will join this community initiative. While speaking about AMP, he mentioned that “I am connected with AMP since its early days, and the way AMP has progressed is remarkable and they have given a new dimension to Muslim Organizations in India.”
Dr. Zaheer Kazi, President - Anjuman Islam, said that we all have some kind of expertise, skill and knowledge, which we can share with others and there is no better joy of giving, than giving that to our future generations. He also stated that the National Talent Search will give us the opportunity to find out the strength in each student and these students then can be guided accordingly in future.
Mr. Aamir Edresy, President of AMP recalling his last year’s promise of launching a unique mobile app for the students, said, “Here is the chAMPian for the Future Champions.” He further stated that, “This was one of AMP’s long-term vision and through this mobile app, students can take advantage of AMP’s numerous programs like - career counseling, scholarship guidance, employment training and financial assistance for higher education helping in admissions.” Finally, closing his speech and fondly dedicating it to the people who made it all possible he cited a famous couplet - Maiñ akel? h? chal? th? j?nib-e-manzil magar, log saath aate gae aur k?rv?ñ bant? gay?”
Prof. Khaleel Ahmed, Head of National Talent Search Project while giving the details of the competition said that the competition will be held in 3-Categories:
To encourage the students, AMP is giving out Cash Rewards worth ? 5 lac+ and Scholarships worth ? 20 lac+ along with a lot of additional support for the students.
The uniqueness of this competition is, that along with School, College, NIOS, ITI, Diploma students; even Madrasa students between ages 13 to 15 years can also participate in the National Talent Search.

Mr. Mohammed Ashfaque, Founder - Gravity Institute who is the title sponsor for the competition said that “we as facilitators and enablers have a duty to help Indian Children to grow & touch lives across the globe. He appreciated AMP for not pursuing incentives but standing on its competitive strength”. He further assured that Gravity Institute is always available to help Students through AMP.
Dr. Abdul Qadeer – Founder of very famous Shaheen Group of Institutions stressed that it is very important to work with the community’s brightest minds and train them for achieving excellence in order to get long term results. He spoke about his association with AMP and promised for joint efforts to take the vision and mission of AMP and Shaheen forward.
AMP has been working for more than a decade in the domains of Education Support, Employment Assistance and Economic Empowerment for the Community and Country.
The Grand Launch Event at Islam Gymkhana, was attended by eminent and influential Muslim leaders, professionals, businessmen, entrepreneurs and bureaucrats where the unveiling of the National Talent Search 2021 (NTS 2021) Poster and the launch of AMP’s chAMPian Mobile App took place.
