AMP’s Online Teachers’ Training Program aims to strengthen teaching skills, promote innovative classroom practices, and build confident, future-ready educators. Since its inception, AMP has successfully conducted 23 such impactful editions, reaching out to thousands of teachers from diverse regions & institutions. We are now proud to announce the 24th Online Teachers’ Training Program.

MODULE: Communication, Collaboration & Counselling
Session 1: Effective Teacher-Parent Communication
Purpose-Driven Communication, Not Event-Driven Messaging. Digital Communication with Boundaries, Accountability, and Professional Authority. Meaningful Progress Conversations Beyond Marks and Complaints. Speaker: Mohammed Zamir Hussain, Project Head – Employability Training Program (ETP); Certified Trainer | Career Analyst | HR Consultant | Motivational Speaker. Date & Day: Monday, 9th February 2026.
Session 2: Building a Strong Teacher-Student Bond
Celebrating Students achievement. Empathy driven teaching. Allowing students to approach teachers freely for guidance. Speaker: Hifzur Rahman D, Educator, Academic Leader & Founder – SKILLHOUSE. Date & Day: Tuesday, 10th February 2026.
Session 3: Strategies for Peer Collaboration & Team Teaching
Teachers from different subjects co-designing projects. Senior teachers guiding juniors in classroom management and pedagogy. Collaborative Parent-Teacher Workshops. Speaker: Anees Kutty, Founder, Director, Mentor & Coach, Anees Defence Coaching Institute (ADCI). Date & Day: Wednesday, 11th February 2026.
Session 4: Motivating Uninterested or Lethargic Learners
Gamified Learning & EdTech Tools. Parental Involvement in Motivation. Speaker: Dr. Sumbul Shakeel, Assistant Professor, Soft Skills Trainer & Executive Member – AMP, Lucknow. Date & Day: Thursday, 12th February 2026.
Session 5: Classroom Counselling: Supporting Mental Health
Stress Management & Mindfulness Activities. Early Identification of Emotional Issues. Speaker: Meraj Sherani, Training Consultant, Human Skills Trainer & Founder – Communication Café and Refresh Thinking. Date & Day: Friday, 13th February 2026.
