Report on Mira Road IIT Career Counselling Lecture

AMP Mira Road Chapter organised IIT/Medical/ Defence Career counselling session for students and parents on 17^th June 2017 at St Haris School, Mira Road, Mumbai.

The presentation started with Mr. Piyush Singh from Aromatic classes giving detailed updates about the IIT and Medical education entrance test.

Some of key point shared were like the fees for MBBS at AIIMS is just Rs. 5000 per annum, further he gave inputs on key subjects in the entrance test and their marked weightage and shared few success stories of IITian for the motivation of the students and parents

Then Principal of St. Haris High School Mr. Khalid Khan followed the presentation on career in Defence services. He shared his personal experience of 15 years career at the defence service and all the prestige acquired through serving our Nation for our family and relatives and the locality we live in. He shared all the entrance tests and different levels of preparation required.

The session ended with the vote of thanks by Mr Abdul Razak, Head - Employment Cell at AMP. He shared the role of AMP in Nation building through guiding students for career into the best colleges and career building through the top institutions of India.
