Successful ETP  and JD in Bangalore on 21st Jan 17

On January 21, 2017, the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) successfully organized a Job Drive and Employability Training Program (ETP) in Bangalore, in collaboration with the Federation of Karnataka Muslims Association (FKMA). Held at the Hazrat Hamid Shah complex, the event attracted over 300 registered candidates and featured participation from eight corporate entities offering diverse job opportunities. A senior HR professional from Accenture led the ETP, providing valuable insights for candidates, regardless of immediate job placements. Out of 76 attendees, seven received on-the-spot job offers, and 52 were shortlisted for further interviews. The initiative, guided by AMP's Head Membership Team, Mr. Syed Nashit, received positive feedback from corporate representatives, highlighting AMP's role in fostering equal opportunities and addressing unemployment within the community.

AMP Conducts Successful Job Drive along with Employability Training Program in Bangalore on 21st Jan 17

Continuing its efforts towards Education, Employability & Empowerment of the Community which it calls the 3E's Association of Muslim Professionals through its Bangalore team and in association with Federation of Karnataka Muslims Association (FKMA) had organized a very successful Job Drive as well as an Employability Training Program (ETP) for the candidates at Hazrat Hamid Shah complex near Corporation Circle in Bangalore on Saturday 21st January, 2017.

The ETP was conducted by a Senior HR Professional from the IT giant Accenture. There was a definite takeaway for the candidates such that those who could not get selected could at least gain valuable inputs and be better prepared in the future. 

More than 300 candidates had registered  online for the Job Drive which had 8 corporates in attendance offering various openings ranging from Engineering to Cab Drivers. In all 76 candidates had attended of which 7 received on the spot offers while another 52 candidates were shortlisted for the next round of interviews.

The candidates were also ably guided by more than 10 members of FKMA who were there providing ground support wholeheartedly.

AMP under the able guidance of Mr.Syed Nashit, Head Membership Team and strong team of AMP Bangalore members managed the entire show. 

The Corporate representatives were very impressed by the entire activity. One of them said: "I am very Surprised to see young professionals sacrificing their weekend for this cause." While another one said, "AMP is providing an excellent platform and an equal opportunity to males as well as females." 
Some of the other members present were quite overwhelmed and said, "Let us know how I can be a part of this Nobel Cause"

Such initiatives by AMP would help to provide equal platform to all, eradicate unemployment there by creating a progressive society.
