Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) is proud to announce the successful completion of 2 Employability Training Programme (ETP) Sessions.

The 1st ETP Session was a 2 day workshop held on 17th and 18th August, 2017. It was organized in association with Maulana Azad University, Jodhpur. The topics of the ETP workshop were - Resume Building, How to Introduce Yourself, Group Discussions and Personal Interview Etiquettes.

The 2nd ETP Session was a short and crisp presentation on tips and guidelines related to preparing resumes, facing interviews and business etiquettes. This was organized on Saturday, 19th August, 2017 in Maharashtra College – Nagpada, Mumbai in association with ‘Society for Students Upliftment’. 

These workshops were conducted by renowned corporate trainer Mr. Tanveer Ahmed. Mr. Tanveer Ahmed is an electrical engineer, entrepreneur, soft skills trainer, career counsellor, motivational speaker, writer, blogger, educational consultant and an HR professional. He is an entrepreneur and runs his own HR management-consulting company. He is a professional soft skills and life skills trainer and helps students by providing practical, interactive, and fun filled activity based trainings through workshops and seminars. He has conducted numerous trainings on various life skills, soft skills and Interview skills for more than 4500 students so far.

The workshop in Jodhpur was attended by about 130 students and the one in Mumbai was attended by 41 students. These students were a mix of science, arts and commerce discipline. 

The speakers’ years of research, his in-depth understanding of employability training, his ability to present the subject in an interesting, lively manner, and his approach to engaging students by asking them questions and conducting mock interviews made sure that there was not a single minute of boredom in the auditorium. The students seemed very attentive and we hope that they will incorporate the valuable tips that he shared.
